Clean Eating Event Recap and Birthday Thoughts

I can't believe it's been one year since I've started actively writing in this blog and posting about some clean eating and vegan baking inspirations in my kitchen.  It's been an uphill battle on my journey to health, but through the support of God, family, friends, and the blogger community, it's been all the more bearable and hopeful, and I find daily strength to persevere and have faith. :) My health is still a "work in progress" but this blog has given me the outlet to bring my passion for culinary creativity and for nutrition into a community. Thank you to the amazing tastetesters and comment love from you all!

One of the best parts about blogging is getting to know other bloggers who share the same passion of culinary creativity and health.  What's even better is being able to build friendships with these awesome bloggers through twitter and facebook.  Here are the amazing contributers of my clean eating event. :) Watch out! These amazing vegan clean food posts will make you hungry.

And congratulations to Adrienne at Whole New Mom for the Yellow Art Heart giveaway.  Yellow Art Heart is the beautiful and thoughtful designer of my blog.  She seriously speaks my language.  Check out her facebook, free printables, and etsy store for more of her work!

What type of clean eating resolution will you be making for the rest of this year?

  1. Congratulations on the successful blogging year and for getting the health back on track. It is amazing how blogging makes you so much more conscious about what you eat.

There are some really interesting dishes in that round-up, some of which I have never heard of before. I would be quite happy if all of them were put in front of me;) I haven't made any clean eating resolution - I try to eat clean all the time except for some indulgences every now and then:)

  30. Happy first anniversary Junia. I think you've come so far with your vegan eating. I'm only at the beginning and your recipes inspire me. Thanks for sharing and can't wait to read some more.

P.S. I have made yeast bread with almond milk and couldn't tell the difference vs cow's milk. I think it goes well with all types of milk. Let me know if you decide to give it a try.
